Yes, breakfast is included for all bookings.
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes, the hotel has a restaurant for its guests for the summer period and for external guests for events, subject to reservation. With two panoramic rooms that are used according to bookings.
What time are breakfast and meals taken?
Breakfast: 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Lunch: 12:30 to 13:30 (summer)
Dinner: 19:30 to 21:30 (summer)
How many floors does the hotel have?
Six, the top floor is completely used for meeting and catering services.
Do the rooms have a terrace, balcony or window with a sea view?
Standard rooms all have a side sea view terrace, some Junior Suites and Family Suites have side sea view windows.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking.
Is there a telephone and TV in the room?
Yes, in all rooms there is a telephone with an outside line and TV, with digital terrestrial channels.
How far is the nearest bus stop?
The summer urban lines stop in front of the hotel during the summer period, the nearest stop of the suburban lines is about 500 m away

The Marche Regional Airport ‘Raffaello Sanzio’ is 15 km away
Is there a car rental near the hotel?
We usually collaborate with car rental companies in Senigallia, and at least two days’ notice is required to arrange the rental directly at the facility. The main rental companies are all based at the Marche Regional Airport ‘Raffaello Sanzio’, which is about 15 km away.
Is there a private car transfer service to/from the railway station?
This service is not available.
From what time is the booked room available on the day of arrival?
Rooms are available from 15:00
Is the wi-fi internet service free and working in all rooms?
A Wi-Fi Internet connection is available in all rooms.
Is it possible to book tickets for museums or tours of Senigallia through the hotel staff?
It is possible to get help from the hotel staff to book any kind of service in the area, however physical bookings and payments must be made directly by the guests for reasons of privacy and secure handling of payments.
Is a deposit required for final confirmation?
It depends on the type of rate/discount you choose, for non-refundable rates you are asked to pay the full amount in advance, for other quotes you may be asked to pay the amount of the first night or 30% of the stay. You will find everything written down in the booking.

How can I settle the bill for my stay?
The stay can be paid for at any time after arrival, paying by credit card, debit card or cash for amounts less than € 3000
Is there a spa?
No, there is no spa in the hotel.
Is it possible to check in before 3 p.m.?
It is possible to check in earlier, subject to availability, for an additional charge. It is always possible to leave your luggage at the hotel even before check-in time, pending availability of your room, and to use any other services such as: explanations, bicycles, toilets, etc. Note: Breakfast on the day of arrival is subject to a surcharge.
Is the beach service included?
Beach service is NOT included. It is possible to take advantage of the special agreement price with the Bagni Nella bathing establishment. The beach, beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds is € 20.00 per day.
Is the beach sand or gravel?
The beach has very fine sand, it is no coincidence that Senigallia is called ‘The Velvet Beach’.
Are the indicated prices per person or per room?
The prices indicated always refer to the room.
What happens if I arrive at the hotel very late?
The reception is manned 24 hours a day, if your arrival is expected to be very late please advise us by phone or email.
What other payment methods are accepted?
Advance payment by bank transfer, at least 4 days before departure, is also possible.
What kind of breakfast is served?
Continental buffet breakfast.
Is it possible to have special menus in case of food intolerances?
Yes, it is possible to prepare ad hoc menus for food intolerances and allergies or dietary and sporting needs. In such cases, please inform us of your specific requirements in advance.
Is there a bar inside the hotel?
Yes, on the first floor you will find a manned bar at mealtimes and on call at all other times.

Is it possible to park in a hotel car park or on the street?
The hotel has an underground garage at a daily rate of € 15 (€ 20 from June to September), located below the hotel with an entrance on Via Lazio. Around the hotel there are municipal parking spaces STRISCE BLU on the promenade and all the cross streets, for a fee ONLY from June to September. In the street behind the hotel, Via Spontini, there are always free WHITE STRIPS car parks.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
All rooms and common areas are air-conditioned.
What time should I vacate the room on the day of departure?
Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m.
Is there an internet point in the hotel?
No, e-mails can be printed on request with the help of reception.
Are animals allowed?
Pets are allowed in the hotel.

Dogs are welcome in the hotel, they are not allowed in the restaurant and cannot be left alone in the room for long periods.
In Senigallia, dogs are not allowed on the beach from 1 May to 1 October, except in specially equipped establishments, the only one in this area is Senigallia Beach ‘Bagni 63’

Alternatively, there are three other bathing establishments on Velvet Beach that make it possible to go to the beach with your dog friends. At Ciarnin, in the southern area, there are Lucrezia Guidarelli’s Scooby Doo Beach (gravel beach) and Raffaele Pacenti’s Il blasco 119 (sandy beach) while to the north in the Cesano area there is Valentina Medici’s Baia Canaria (gravel beach). In these three establishments, dogs and owners can enjoy the sea, holidays, relaxation and fun in peace. Within well-defined areas, dogs and their owners can stay on the beach on their sunbeds, animals can socialise in fenced-off areas away from the other bathing establishments, and they can swim in the stretches of sea in front of the concessions. There are many services entirely dedicated to the well-being, care and play of our four-legged friends, such as: playgrounds, agility courses, showers, dryers, dog sitters and veterinarians on request.

What happens if I decide to leave earlier than the terms of my reservation?
We charge the full amount booked, unless otherwise stipulated by the hotel management.
